What this opportunity involves:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within the Project & Development Services team for one of our well known clients. In this role, you will be responsible for the management of security related activities for the team. Reporting to the Security Manager, you will be maintaining registers, gaining feedback from audits and keeping track of training compliance.

A snapshot of the role looks like:

·  First point of call to provide security advice,
·  Manage requests in the team inbox including follow-ups,
·  Maintain multiple registers and ensure that they are compliant and up to date,
·  Process applications to set-up access to network systems and bases,
·  Adhoc assistance with general enquiries

You will be a confident self-starter who enjoys building client relationships, possesses excellent communication skills & has a strong customer service focus. You will adopt a hands-on approach to problem solving, have the ability to juggle multiple tasks & can be relied upon to work autonomously. You will need to be able to think on-the-go and collaborate with multiple stakeholders. Confidence, agility & adaptability are key to being successful in this role. You will understand the importance of confidentiality being aware of security processes. You must be an Australian Citizen in order to comply with our clients requirement.
