Job description
岗位职责：
商业地产部/零售地产部/工业地产部
写字楼/商铺/工业用地的租赁与购买、机会评估、交易综合管理，房地产组合租赁管理、租赁合约管理。
研究部
房地产市场的前期预测、动态跟踪，开展楼市专题的研究，撰写研究报告，协助出版研究刊物，为客户和企业发展提供研究支持。
战略顾问部
房地产组合规划、选址咨询、区域规划，房地产企业战略需求、规划咨询。
资本市场部
投资项目初期的动态跟踪、数据收集与分析评价，房地产投资及开发项目的可行性研究、项目建议及实施。
物业与资产管理部
办公楼、写字楼的风险控制、能源管理，物业租赁改善，物业开发策略咨询及营收利润分析。
企业评估及咨询服务部
组织和实施房地产评估，完成房地产评估工作及报告，撰写房地产咨询报告，协助完成房地产评估及咨询项目。
岗位要求：
- 大学本科及以上学历
- 专业不限，房地产、经济、金融或相关专业毕业生优先
- 对房地产行业有浓厚兴趣，愿意在房地产领域深入发展
- 在科技和数字化领域有浓厚的兴趣及技能
- 熟练的书面以及英语口语，CET-6在500分以上者优先
- 主动、积极、热情向上、亲和力强，具有良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力
- 执行力强，能承受工作压力
