Key tasks

Intégré(e) à l’équipe Digital, vous serez en charge de :

L’étude des expressions de besoins clients ;
La coordination avec les équipes internes (Product, Opérations, IT) en fonction du sujet ;
La priorisation des projets et évolutions avec le Client et les pôles concernés ;
Le pilotage des recettes utilisateurs et garant de la qualité des livrables ;
La rédaction et/ou Validation des documentations utilisateurs ;
La coordination des lancements et du support avec les clients et les opérations.
Vous intégrerez une équipe exigeante et dynamique, soucieuse d'offrir à ses clients un service répondant aux très hautes exigences du secteur du luxe.

Essential and optional requirements

De formation ingénieur ou d’école commerce, avec une expérience de 3 ans minimum, le candidat idéal devra :

Etre structuré, rigoureux, organisé et autonome ;
Savoir intégrer des enjeux business liés à des contraintes métiers ;
Etre capable de comprendre l’enjeu des « parcours clients » ;
Avoir un bon niveau d’anglais

Le poste est à pourvoir dès que possible à Paris.
