HR Generalist

Team

The HR Generalist will be part of the HR Service Delivery team (9 people) based in Geneva. The HRSD Team provides the full range of local HR operational services supporting employees, HR Business Partners and Managers, including but not limited to payroll, employee benefits, health & safety, data management & MIS linked to global HR systems as well as local absence & time tracking, benefit election and on boarding and off boarding of employees.

Role description

· Support of the HR team in administrative tasks
· Support of HR projects
· Management of the HR Switzerland mailbox and phone queries
· Employees file maintenance
· Production of standard documentation (ex. Work attestation, employment certificate)
· Database maintenance including HR Data input and follow up
· Reporting activity (ex. HR Key metrics)
· Maintenance of the Swiss absence tool

Requirements

·  Previous HR experience an advantage
·  High integrity and ability to adhere to strict confidentiality
·  Good organizational skills and attention to details
·  Ability to work under pressure
·  Team worker: ability to work with others to determine ways to improve, leverage best practice and promote quality
·  Strong client service mindset
·  Excellent communication skills in English and French (written and verbal)
·  Advanced user of Microsoft office suite (Excel and Word)
