Poste et missions:
Pricing and Discount management:
- Participate actively in Quarterly Program definition and ensure respect of it both on Profit&Loss and Balance Sheet.
- Ensure continuous Discount standardization / simplification.
- Ensure Discount Control System functionalities to be fully in place and correctly working.
- Perform monthly Discount Analysis and Discount Reserve Evaluation.
Financial results reliability and compliance:
- Grant reliability of financial results and ensure accounting is properly done for New Vehicles by product, market, account in SAP and correctly reported in HFM.
- Participate actively in Flash preparation.
- Ensure Delegation of Authority (DoA), Revenue Recognition, Net Residual Value (NRV) and other CNHi policy compliance.
- Support Internal and External Audit.
Commercial Business Support:
- Support Commercial team with a proactive approach, accurate financial data, analysis and recommendation to improve a sustainable profitability of the businesses.
- Provide a simple, consistent reporting package to the business supported on a monthly basis.
- Budget and Forecast activities for New Vehicles.
Profil:
- Master degree with finance, business or accounting emphasis.
- 1-2 years of full-time related working experience.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills required; SAP and HFM knowledge is appreciated.
- Fluent English required.
- Intermediate Czech required.
- Strong problem solver with solid analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team player.
