IVA Drones is the first booking platform for industrial and technical drone interventions.

We are a startup company founded 2 years ago, with the mission to become a digital partner of our customers, offering them the possibility to access a powerful platform to manage their drone missions, operational field management, and KPIs control to optimize their processes.

We connect a network of the best-in-class professional pilots with our customers to perform their missions with high-quality service and timely. Our customers range from big to medium and small size companies across different industries, telecommunications, infrastructure, real estate, among others. We currently have a presence in France and expanding to Switzerland and Spain.



Description of the role :

At IVA Drones, we are offering the unique opportunity to actually make an impact in a growing company with ambitious objectives.

We are looking for a B2B Account Manager to reinforce our sales team to be a key member of the team leading the growth of our existing business. You will be responsible for implementing our account management strategy across the different markets.

Partnering with a set of our key accounts to help set the tone for our sales organization, you will drive adoption and user engagement, which will aid in the efforts of the CEO to grow the account.

Desired profile

Responsibilities :

● Know each user and client and discover new opportunities within the accounts

● Be the point of contact in the customer department before the client will be live

● Setup the accounts of the new customers

● Work alongside CEO to ensure usage of existing users

● Maintain, develop and follow up the further business relationship with existing clients

● Generate weekly feedback reports based on interaction and meetings with clients

● Take part in events organized by our Marketing Department



About you :

● +3 years of experience working as Account Management, Sales or Customer Success

● Experience in working within B2B environments

● Experience with a technical product or with webinars is a big plus

● Fluency in French and English

● Good track of writing and content generation

● Excellent digital skills, use to work with content management systems, platforms, marketing tools, and CRMs

● Startup fit: the ability to work in a quick environment. High energy, creative, results-driven, flexible

● Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

● Proactive, responsible, attention to detail and a good team player

● Native French and high level of English is mandatory

● Availability: as soon as possible
