Administrative Support (Internship)

Job description

Responsibilities:
Administrative Support position from a IT school in Singapore. This company provides IT related classes to those who would like to develop IT career. This role is to support their administrative activities.

-Booking of courses and provide admin support
-Attend to enquirers on related Courses
-Prepare invoices, confirmation letters and attendance
-Application for Training Grants and claims via Government website
-Upload invoices and attendance digitally
-Update Genetic School Management System
-Update stock on the course materials

Office environment:
-Working towards thier Vision and Mission
-Team work and conducive work environment
-Extensive use of Laptop, Desktop and internet
-Training will be provided
-Mentoring will be there to assist you

What you will learn:
-Promote the use of Information Technology in Singapore
-Understand a wide range of IT programs to catering for individual and companies
-Career development knowledge and enhancing business efficiency, productivity and cost-savings through the
use of IT
-Conduct Diploma and Higher Diploma programs in Software -Development, Web Design and Business Management
-Continue to improvement our curriculum to match the current IT employment in the global Market
-Maintain quality to obtain international recognition and worldwide acceptance in the employment market
-Genetic staff is our main asset and therefore our cutting edge
-To ensure high quality training and services is maintained, continuous staff training is made an integral part of staff activities
-All staffs are required to go through a standard in-house software training program.

Salary:
SGD $1000 per month

Desired profile

-Must be able to speak and write English
-Must able to use Ms Word and Excel
-Must have positive attitude
