Mobileye -Intel's Autonomous Driving group in Haifa is looking for an Experienced Embedded Software engineer.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with highly talented engineers, working on one of the most cutting edge technologies -Autonomous vehicle development.

We are looking for an embedded software engineer to develop and optimize high and low level computer vision, sensor fusion, path planning and other relevant tasks, which are targeted toward the CPU, DSP, and dedicated HW accelerators for use in an autonomous vehicles.

What will you do?

• As a software engineer you will design, develop and optimize low level and high level autonomous vehicle relevant functions, based on internal and external customers' demands
• You will learn and leverage state of the art algorithms from the fields of computer vision, sensor fusion and path planning
• You will learn to work with Mobileye-Intel's deep learning framework, leveraging it for internal and external relevant workloads
• You will analyze autonomous vehicle relevant workloads, and recognize potential bottle necks and suggest improvements to enhance performance
• Offsite and occasional onsite work with OEMs and Independent Software Vendors may be required

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree / M.sc in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years Software Engineering or related work experience.
• 2+ years' experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

• Debugging for embedded environments
• Machine learning or computer vision
• DSP programming
• SIMD optimization
• Good understanding of computer architecture and operating systems.
• Hardware driver development experience.
• Ability to leverage inherent algorithm parallelism
