·  Assists in providing technical support for one or many products and/or product family.
·  Responsibilities include representing the product to customers and sales force, representing market's needs to engineering.
·  Conducts competitive product/pricing analysis and market research, evaluates sales performance, and formulates and reviews strategic long range plans, goals, and objectives for specific product areas.
·  Oversees development and production of marketing material, may be required to develop and present product training material.
·  Responsible for creation and maintenance of product briefs and price books.
·  Develops product specification and additional requirements.
·  Advisor to the sales force and key resource in interacting with engineering, product management, and marketing groups.
·  Responds to customer/client requests or events as they occur.
·  Develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgement.

Non-Volatile Solutions Memory Group: The Non-Volatile Memory Solutions Group is a worldwide organization that delivers NAND flash memory products for use in Solid State Drives (SSDs), portable memory storage devices, digital camera memory cards, and other devices. The group is responsible for NVM technology design and development, complete Solid State Drive (SSD) system hardware and firmware development, as well as wafer and SSD manufacturing.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences. This is an entry level position and will be compensated accordingly.

Minimum Requirements:

The candidate must have a BS or MBA degree, Business Management, Marketing discipline or any related field.

1 year of experience in the following areas:

·  Product marketing, program management, operations and/or engineering.
·  Customer engagement or customer/relationship management.
·  The availability to travel domestically and internationally, up to 30% of the time.

Preferred Requirements

1 year of experience in the following areas:

·  HW and SW trends within data centers related to some of the following: Big Data, HPC, Content Delivery, OLTP, Private vs Public Cloud, SAN Storage
·  SSDs and or HDDs, SAS / SATA, Fiber Channel, or PCIe storage components, RAID controllers, HBAs, Expanders, JBODs strongly preferred.
·  Rapid Integrated High Velocity RIHV or other agile methodologies.
·  Program or project management skills to drive results across multiple groups and disciplines.
·  Server and Storage System hardware architectures, driver stacks, configurations to optimize performance, and system level trade-offs preferred.
