1. Regular monitoring of tool/process performance to insure tool and process running safely with high quality.2. Managing tool preventative maintenance and troubleshooting activities. Working with defect reduction, integration, YA and QE to improve product quality and yield.3. Working and leading manufacturing team to develop innovative solutions to improve execution and efficiency in a high-volume manufacturing environment.4. Owning new technology transfer, new process and equipment qualification.5. Working with Transferring site to improve tool and process performance, reduce cost, and increase both capacity and flexibility in receiving Fab. 6. Working on tool selection, facility design and installation at new technology start up and ramping.

Non-Volatile Solutions Memory Group: The Non-Volatile Memory Solutions Group is a worldwide organization that delivers NAND flash memory products for use in Solid State Drives (SSDs), portable memory storage devices, digital camera memory cards, and other devices. The group is responsible for NVM technology design and development, complete Solid State Drive (SSD) system hardware and firmware development, as well as wafer and SSD manufacturing.

Desired profile

1. Bachelor/Master/PhD degree of physics, material, chemistry, electrical, micro electrical, optics, mechanical and automation related engineering majors or equivalent majors.2. Proven ability in logical thinking, be able to communicate effectively.3. Strong verbal and written skills in English.4. 3 years working experience in diffusion
