工作内容：

·  Owning new process introduces, process and equipment qualification.
• ·  Regular monitoring of tool/process performance to insure tool and process running safely with high quality.
• ·  Managing tool preventative maintenance and troubleshooting activities. Working with defect reduction, integration, YA and QE to improve product quality and yield.
• ·  Working with Transferring site to improve tool and process performance, reduce cost, and increase both capacity and flexibility in receiving Fab.
• ·  Working on tool selection, facility design and installation at new technology start up and ramping.
• ·  Working and leading manufacturing team to develop innovative solutions to improve execution and efficiency in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Non-Volatile Solutions Memory Group: The Non-Volatile Memory Solutions Group is a worldwide organization that delivers NAND flash memory products for use in Solid State Drives (SSDs), portable memory storage devices, digital camera memory cards, and other devices. The group is responsible for NVM technology design and development, complete Solid State Drive (SSD) system hardware and firmware development, as well as wafer and SSD manufacturing.

Master/PhD degree of physics, material, chemistry, electrical, micro electrical, optics, mechanical and automation related engineering majors or equivalent majors物理、材料、化学、电子、微电子、光学、机械及自动化等工程领域相关专业的硕士毕业生或博士毕业生；
Graduating in 2017
毕业于2017年；
Proven ability in logical thinking, be able to communicate in technical effectively
具备较强的逻辑思维能力，能够有效的沟通技术问题
Strong verbal and written skills in English
具备较强的英语听、说、读、写能力
