In this position, you will participate in the support & development of CAD solutions for the design of Intel products. Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

·  Define and develop methodologies/processes to enable better utilization of CAD tools to improve design efficiency.
·  Interact closely with Hard-IP and SoC design teams to mature the CAD solutions for production use. Activities include problem analysis and requirements definition, followed by design, implementation, test, deployment, and technical support of the flows.
·  The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills and be able to contribute successfully to teams in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment.
·  He or she should have ability to follow a structured and disciplined decision-making and development process and will be required to leverage strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communications.

The Platform Engineering Group (PEG) is responsible for the design, development, and production of system-on-a-chip (SoC) products that go into Intel's next generation client and mobile platforms. Desired profile

Qualifications

You must possess a minimum of Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering Master Degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering is preferred.

Additional/Desired Qualifications:

·  Experience in one or more of VLSI design, physical design, logic design, static timing, power analysis, and optimization will be an added advantage.
·  Experience with software development as part of a larger system, including proficiency in C/C++, Unix shell, Perl, TCL or Python will be an added advantage.
