In this position you will drive and lead in-shift and cross department initiations of improvement, content reduction tasks, establish MOO and systems definition. Execute initiations to maximize overall output and minimize CT. Deliver shift analysis of manufacturing production performance to manufacturing management. Establish methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel. Identify equipment and process flow bottlenecks and define operational plans. Conduct studies pertaining to CT control, CT reduction, inventory control, and production record systems. On the basis of these studies, develop and implement plans for facility modifications and revisions to operating methods. -Responds to customer/client requests or events as they occur. Develop solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgment

Qualifications:

You should possess a Bachelor/ Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering.

Experience from ROC, ME & LineCo team – Advantage

·  Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project-driving skills
·  Leadership and excellent interpersonal relationship
·  Team player
·  Excellent computer and system skills (Especially Excel)
·  Experienced with manufacturing performance analysis cross all levels
·  The position is relevant for candidates who have completed their studies no more than 2 years ago or have no more than 2 years of relevant experience.
