Job Description

This is internship with Trade Centre in Poland supporting EMEA region. Responsibility will primarily involve international trade operations necessary to conduct export & import activities.

Specific activities will include:

·  Processing transactions in SAP GTS
·  Working with internal & external partners to understand technical product details
·  Export control classification
·  Preparation of trade reports (including internal & gov. reporting)
·  Other trade activities, as required

The position will report to the EMEA Trade Centre Manager in Poland (Gdansk).

Critical to success: - Detail-oriented - Ability to meet critical deadlines & adapt to changes - Quick learner - Ability to positively engage stakeholders - Being a self-starter - Ability to work within an international team based in different geographical locations - Strong communication skills & fluency in English Experience: - Proficiency and experience in using Microsoft Office is desired - Experience in working with ERP systems is preferable but not a prerequisite EMEA Trade Centre in Poland EMEA Trade Centre in Poland belongs to Global Trade which is an organization within Finance group. Global Trade manage and maintain worldwide compliance with all U.S. and foreign laws and regulations governing exports and imports.
