This position will be responsible for PRC CSM program execution supporting retail sales team. Involve in retail cycle discussion and pricing download. Communicate customer sales forecast with the field. Manage quarterly customer contract review and approve. Contra MDF program plan and execution. Co-work with marketing, legal and finance to review the result of each program. CSM program customer sales out data validation for payment and reporting for management review. CSM program customer audit.

Desired profile

You should possess a minimum of an undergraduate degree or equivalent with two to five years of relevant experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably in the PC market or semiconductor industries. You should also possess strong data analysis ability and good business acumen, be detail and data driven, be good at excel and powerpoint. Have good communication skills, and problem-solving ability. Your curiosity in the industry and product roadmaps and aspiration for excellence and progress is much appreciated. Additional qualifications include: - Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic and changing environment, in independently and in a team environment - Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English - Ability to work with under pressure and deal with ambiguity - Sound knowledge in PC+ business - Strong analytical skills, good data driven judgment and negotiation techniques - Ability to meet time critical deadlines with high level of accuracy and data integrity - Good interpersonal skills - Good customer orientation - Good computer literacy
