Job description

WINDOW DRESSER 橱窗陈列

Is in charge the image of the shop windows of the stores in his area (settlement and supervision of these stores)

Independent and organized

This person must:

- Have all the technical skills and trends information in order to realize the correct creation of the image in the shop windows based on the information provided by Spanish Head Office

- Be able to communicate to the stores and regional supervisors the department strategy

- Optimize this strategy by including all information obtained locally (store manager, area manager, local customers, local information and activities,…)

Reports to its regional or national WD manager regarding:

1. His travels and planning changes (info to area manager also)

2. Results of his work (pictures of the work done in store (minimum weekly) with possible changes that had to be done (always validated first by direct supervisor)

3. Material needs of the store of his area

4. Personal needs (trainings, supports,…)
