R e s p o n s i b i l i t i e s

Warehouse Manager mission is to supervise, coordinate and organize their teams (TeamLeaders) to accomplish assigned tasks, ensuring correct production in terms of time and quality.

·  Planning the weekly workload, establishing priorities to achieve the set goals

·  Organization to ensure that the process runs smoothly and in accordance with KPIs

·  Provide training and assessments to their teams. Performance evaluations

·  Ensure compliance with the rates and set up any corrective actions that may be required

·  Analyze and coordinate procedures between areas and departments

·  Ensure compliance with internal safety regulations AEO and those from ORP - OSHAS.

·  Report to the Area Manager

E d u c a t i o n

HBO / WO level, preferably Logistics Management/ Secondary Education or High School Diploma

E x p e r i e n c e

Min 5 years of logistic work experience

Min 2 years of work experience as a Warehouse Manager in automated logistics / distribution centers / warehouse / stockrooms

K n o w l e d g e _ L a n g u a g e s

Dutch and English at a professional level

Knowledge of Spanish is an advantage
