About the Job

We are growing and are now searching for more managers to join our TestCenter. You will play an important role in our leadership team, developing the business and people together. The TestCenter supports more than 300 different IT services and projects in IKEA IT with test competence, test services and tools.

As a team manager you will be responsible for people, budget and delivery aspects of your team. Your role as team manager will be to support our IT deliveries with focus on securing high quality. You motivate, coach, empower and make your co-workers grow. Being service minded comes natural to you, but you also know when to “draw the line”. You uphold and develop ethics and company values and above all, you lead by example. You will be part of a team with a lot of energy with high service mind-set always looking for improvements to support the growing and future IKEA.

About the Assignment
As Team Manager, you will:
·  Secure deliveries according to agreed goals and quality, defined strategies and budget
·  Responsible for follow up and reporting as well as communication to stakeholders
·  Secure team competence development and capacity for the need today and tomorrow
·  Secure efficiency within the team through simple & cost-efficient ways of working
·  Keep updated on industry trends and development to further develop IKEA test and quality area
This position is placed in Helsingborg.
