We are looking for a Solution Architect to our team in Warsaw
Are you experienced in system development, reviewing and approving high and low-level design of IT solutions? Do you want to work in an area which requires you to both secure high data quality and be flexible and adapt to changes with short notice? Are you ready for your next step?

About the assignment
As a Solution Architect you secure business functional and non-functional requirements are compliant with architectural guidelines in the solution design.

· 
You review solution design proposals covering process, technology and integration views.

· 
You are responsible securing the solution design is understood by involved stakeholders. In addition you are also responsible securing the development, done by external vendors, is following agreed design and structure.

· 
You support service transition activities and handover to daily operations.

· 
Support and validate the low level design for development activities both within projects and releases in cooperation with vendor resources.

About requirements
To be successful in this role you need to have:

· 
We believe you have solid understanding of test management, requirements engineering and configuration management processes.

· 
You have strong social and communication skills. You are enthusiastic, driven, structured and have the desire to work in a simple, efficient and understandable way.

· 
You have excellent analytical skills.

· 
You are able to interact with different stakeholders (both business and IT colleagues) – understand them and their needs as well as making them understand you. “Talk to farmers in farmer's language”

· 
You are able to work in an environment where the pre-conditions may change from one day to another and where we sometimes need to deliver changes with short notice in order not to risk business continuation.

· 
Positive is if you have experience from working with Oracle database, SQL knowledge and solutions like Microsoft Project Online and QlikView BI solution

· 
Fluency in technical/IT English.

· 
Position requires 30% - 40% of time on business trips.
