Customer Fulfilment (CFF) plays a fundamental role within Retail in achieving the IKEA goal of becoming a multichannel retailer. CFF acts as a fully integrated function, with an end-to-end approach to develop our business, having customers’ needs at heart. We are focusing on contributing to a seamless shopping experience for the many people with great quality across all touchpoints. The Service Fulfilment operations function within CFF is responsible for operational excellence, performance and development of the fulfilment of affordable core services, resulting in a relevant, effective and sustainable service offer to perform with excellence with the customer needs in focus.

ABOUT YOU
You are passionate about leading business through people and have a strong belief in the individuals’ potential. By being customer oriented you see the customer first and consider the impact on the customer when taking decisions. You naturally share the IKEA vision, values and culture and have a strong interest in home furnishing. You enjoy applying strategic, tactical and operational approach for analysing business opportunities from customer/market perspective and inspired by challenging situations. You have an eagerness and desire to understand the IKEA business, the customer and co-worker needs and influence improvement of the business with a focus on customer and co-worker satisfaction.

For this role you should have a university degree in preferred Logistics, Supply Chain Management or proven logistics or commercial performance. You bring with you 2-4 years working experience in a management position with proven successful leadership and ability to influence in a matrix organisation. You have experience of deliver both business result and people development, as well experience of securing implementation of   strategies, plans and set/follow up goals.  

You have knowledge in the following areas: 
·  IKEA business model, the strategic landscape and IKEA ways of working
·  Good business understanding and use of key performance measurement  
·  Very good knowledge of IKEA processes, supply chain, store-and warehousing operations and service business fulfilment   
·  Very good understanding of the customer and co-worker needs, demands and expectations  
·  Very good knowledge of market/industry intelligence 
·  Good knowledge of change management & knowledge of different leadership styles  
·  Stakeholder management: good knowledge of how to identify and involve relevant stakeholders  
·  Vendor management: evaluating and monitoring vendor performance
·  Good financial competence: knowledge about how internal and external financials impact the business    As a person you have a strong collaborative mind-set in building relationships across the organisation and use your good communication and negotiation skills. You have the ability to identify need and drive change within the organisation acting in multi-cultural, interdependent and matrix environments. You have capability to translate business and customer needs into development initiatives and actions with an end-to-end approach.  

ABOUT THE JOB
The purpose of the role is to take accountability for leading a team of specialists (Service Fulfilment Operations Developers or Service Fulfilment Operations Specialists):  
·  Daily operations for services: internal and external service partners
·  Operational excellence
·  Efficiency and continuous improvement
·  Short and mid-term capacities
·  Cost development and contribution to the cost goal
·  Lead-time development
·  Sustainability
  You will be:
·  Accountable performance to secure a high performing daily operations, quality and short- and mid term capacities and resources   
·  Responsible to secure negotiated cost development of the Service Fulfilment  
·  Accountable for securing efficiency and implementing improvements  
·  Contribute with both knowledge and resources to optimal multichannel development and tendering activities  
·  Responsible to lead, coach and develop the team and individual co-workers
·  Contributing to the implementation of the CFF sustainability agenda for Service Fulfilment    In this role you will report to the Service Fulfilment Operations manager. If you have job specific questions please contact Ulrika Andersson, Country Customer Fulfilment Manager ( ).

This role is located in Service Office, Spreitenbach. The role includes travelling to the stores .
