About you
We believe that our office administrator has the ability to communicate and influence others in a positive way. You have a mind for details, proven organizational and administration skills, you also have a curiosity in IT and has the willingness to learn more about it.

To be successful in this role you need to have:

• University degree (administration or finance),

• Fluent in English both spoken and written

• An inquiring mind about IT

• Competence in using various IT packages including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook

• Knowledge about the Lithuanian employment frame work

• Ability to work with confidential information

About the assignment
As an Office Administrator you will have to support the successful operation of the Kaunas office, by providing administrative and organizational support to all business development teams and other departments. The position is a fulltime temporary position for 2 years.

On a daily basis you will be:

• Receiving and assisting all callers and visitors to the office

• Replenishing all office supplies

• Managing the conference arrangements, coordinating the events or bigger meetings

• Managing the maintenance of company cars, PCs

• Administrating employment related documentation

• Supporting co-workers in IT questions

• Coordinating implementation of health & safety regulations

• Act as an IKEA Ambassador in all situations
