IKEA Zhongbei Store is located at Xiqing District and it is the No.26 store in China and the 2nd store in Tianjin.Tianjin is one of the four municipalities in China, the national central cities, the largest coastal open cities in northern China. Tianjin is also the permanent host city of the Summer Davos forum.

ABOUT THE JOB Be a strong contributor to store management group. HR Administration is the fundamental work of people process, HR Admin role exists to provide Store Management team with relevant inputs about people intelligence, to secure HR Administration process and routines are legal compliance. Meanwhile provide HR daily personnel administration service standards to BU co-workers.

YOUR ASSIGNMENT Your tasks will include

·  Follow IKEA Retail China Administrative routine to ensure HR Admin work is complying with all relevant local laws and regulations.
·  Be responsible for all Administrative work to support co-worker's on board, timekeeping, payroll computation and end employment.
·  Labour contract management & Co-worker P-file management
·  Maintain HRMS system and secure all co-workers basic information in system are correct and fresh.
·  Initiate Store HR KPI report, analysis the reason behind, give relevant inputs to HR function and store management group.
·  Weekly time card approval in TK system, follow up sickness leave and annual leave in TK system.
·  Cooperate with BSC, to ensure the accuracy of the monthly salary calculation basic figures to each individual co-worker for any changes or adjustments
·  Ensure BU social benefits reporting figures both of the co-workers and company contribution are accurate,
·  Timely report social benefits data with external service vendor for local HR Bureau.
·  To support BU HR manager for annual salary review and ONE IKEA Bonus communication process.
·  To support BU HR manager for annual staff cost budgeting process and tracking. YOUR PROFILE Your knowledge, skills and experience include:
