The programme
During the year you will train in readiness to take on a specific role within our organization. By focusing on your personal development and leadership as well as gaining in-depth knowledge of IKEA through trainings in the programme, we believe you will get the right preconditions to develop in your assignment and future career at IKEA IT.
Beyond the support from the programme you will have a manager, HR manager and mentor to support you in your development.

About the job – Release Manager

The Enterprise Release Management works with several areas within Release Management, spanning from on boarding new release managers to hands on release control in our test environments. The task for you as a Release Manager will consist of parts from all this!

We believe that you have some understanding of software development and a willingness to learn more about it and at the same time having to opportunity to shape IKEA in this area.

The position is placed in Helsingborg.

About you

You have:
·  a relevant university degree in IT, or equivalent knowledge
·  at least one year's working experience
·  a fluent command of English, spoken and written
Start of employment will be in agreement with recruiting manager.
The programme starts in September 2017.
