REPORTS TO: CDOS Manager

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Is to assure that the system preconditions are defined in a way which enables to fulfill the customer demands and secure the optimal service, in order to fulfill the agreed goals.

ASSIGNMENTS:
• Assure high system stability by maintaining and setting properly all parameters in the related systems
• Support systems development by discussing and proposing changes. Testing new functionalities, be
• Contact for IT 1st and 2nd level support including troubleshooting
• Educate and support systems' users
• Support development, implementation & evaluation of working routines
• Support and coordinate system rollouts related to replenishment, range or order management processes
• Assure proper system documentation and maintain adjustments in co-operation with all involved parties
• Support the fulfillment and execution of the defined strategies and business plans. .
• Take an active role in internal and external benchmarking, follow up and support
• Development/evaluation of operational key figures
- Secure that IKEA rules and guidelines as well as laws and regulations are followed

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs):
• Actual status of education in systems and working routines
• System performance
• System stability based on parameter setting
• Information availability (system documentation/users manual etc.)

KNOWLEDGE:
• Logistic competence or relevant education would be an asset
• Good knowledge of customer orders/replenishment administration systems can be an advantage
• Numeric skills
• Fluency in English
• Experience from other part of supply chain can be a plus.
• Willingness to work with different IT systems
