About you

We are looking for you who…

…have skills and knowledge in the area of Compensation & Benefits with experience from a specialist position or from a general HR role with specific knowledge of the area. It is good if you have experience of working with bonus programs, position evaluation and building salary structures. We are preferably looking for a person with 3-5 years of experience from this area.

… have strong communication skills, the ability to train others, strength in project leadership and the ability to work strategically. You are a team player but also have the ability to work independently. You have the ability to create and to develop networks across all levels of the organization. You are able to prioritize, take initiative and carry the work forward. Fluency in English, both spoken and written is essential.

About the job

As the Compensation Specialist you are part of the Compensation & Benefit Team in HR Service Centre. You own and drive the Compensation agenda for IKEA in Sweden in close cooperation with the stakeholders.

About the assignment

Your main responsibilities in this role will be:
·  Identify and lead the development of the Compensation agenda within IKEA Group in Sweden, securing business needs now and in the future.
·  Coordinate all Compensation year cycle activities, such as salary reviews, salary mapping processes and ensure that we are in line with global mandatory principles and guidelines.
·  IKEA Bonus Program – secure the yearly process of nomination, communication and pay-out for the Swedish IKEA units
·  Secure, update and calibrate IPE in close cooperation with Group HR and local HR
·  Conduct and participate in Compensation & Benefits surveys and create action plans in collaboration with the local units.
·  Build a platform for relevant and updated salary references according to IKEA Group policies and guidelines
