You will be mainly completing two big projects: prepare and anchor training package for Sustainability co-workers in the stores and organising a Sustainability Team day for 2019.

Your internship will be located in Zaventem within the Communication & Sustainability team preferably from October 2018 - March 2019

You will report to the Sustainability Manager.

YOUR ASSIGNMENT

· You will be able to organize and (let your creativity go crazy) a Sustainability Team Day for about 80 people
· Location hunt
· Inspirational speakers
· Sharing topics
· …
· You will get the chance to update the training material for the co-workers in the stores and afterwards also anchor this into the organisation
· You will connect with different departments, stakeholders in- and outside the organisation
· You will be supporting the department with updating the Sustainability content on the IKEA website, IKEA newsletters, … YOUR PROFILE
· You have passion for people & the IKEA business and values
· You have a Bachelor/Master in CSR (or related)
· You have passion for achieving results throughout the organisation
· You are motivated to interact with people at all levels of the organisation
· You can work autonomously and in an organized way
· You have extensive facilitation, communication skills and a good knowledge of English and local languages (Dutch and/or French)
