Aboutthejob"> ABOUT THE JOB The Human Resources job function develops human resource management strategies and policies to meet business needs including planning, administering and reviewing activities concerned with recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits and employee relations. Manages critical projects as part of HR/ Field to influence and support an overall positive working environment by including actions to secure effective co-worker relations, communications, competence development, performance management, and other human resource related elements in order to positively impact business results.

YOUR ASSIGNMENT Your tasks will include:
· Partners with store managers to influence and support overall positive working environment that includes actions to secure strong co-worker relations.
· Ensures that internal investigations include an understanding of allegations, appropriate interviews, analysis and documentation, and recommendations for conclusion and course of action.
· Partners with store managers to analyze, create, or influence necessary changes to drive the business forward.
· Develops and provides training to managers regarding employee relations issues, investigations, re-organizations, and training materials where applicable.
· Provides expertise in the following areas: career planning & succession, performance management, coaching, data analysis, compensation & rewards, employee relations, learning and development, recognition programs, and strategic development.
· Secures that the location is in compliance with internal and external employment and labor standards. YOUR PROFILE Your knowledge, skills and experience include:
· Bachelor's Degree
· SHRM-CP or SCP, or SPHR or PHR certification. Pref
· Demonstrated experience with all HR disciplines.
· Previous experience with talent management-recruitment, development and succession, high potential management, co-worker relations, change management, employment legislation, labor market understanding and trends, coaching and mentoring. GROWING TOGETHER
