About you
We are looking for a Business Development Manager who has good understanding and are passionate about fulfilling customer´s needs and expectations and always striving to meet customer satisfaction. You have 3-5 years of experience in management positions. You are strong in communication and relation building and you lead through others. You possess a deep and broad knowledge/experience in Supply Chain and are fluent in English. You are result and goal oriented and has the ability to see the totality of the business and communicate strategic approaches. Experience in project management and good knowledge of the legislations/regulations governing the transport & service industry is preferable to be successful in this position.

IKEA Service Business Fulfillment is responsible for sourcing, developing and operating the home delivery, assembly and installation services for our customers. As a Business Development Manager you willbe responsible for leading the purchasing processes according to global category directions to deliver services to create satisfied customers.

About the assignment
In the position your main tasks and responsibilities will be to:

·  Lead, coach and develop a team of Business Developers that is placed in different countries in our area to secure a high performing team with the competence needed for the future
·  Be responsible for service business sourcing initiatives and accountability for negotiation and implementation of service business contracts
·  Secure market understanding when it comes to opportunities, sustainable solutions, development and trends
·  Secure compliance with global category directions, sourcing process and global contract package
·  Lead the development and implementation of the market sourcing strategy in our markets
