YOUR ASSIGNMENT
Your tasks will include:
·  Lead monthly China Holding and PRY functions cost follow up process based on the annual budget
·  Lead China Holding Finance policies draft, revision and documentation
·  Lead cross entity Authorization Matrix and be the owner of Basware (Internal payment approval system)
·  Support China Holding annual budget process and communication with all related stakeholders
·  Support in financial analysis and forecast in IKEA 2030 plan, work closely with Retail and all other entities
·  Support to steer overall IKEA China performance and provide consolidated report of IKEA China financials
·  Support rental analysis for all IKEA entities and communication with key stakeholders
·  Support Macro Economy research and issue quarterly report to key stakeholders
·  Take active role in IKEA Business Solution finance mechanism establishment
·  Take active role in any ad hoc projects and analysis etc. YOUR PROFILE
Your knowledge, skills and experience include:
·  Finance or accounting background
·  2-5 corporate financial planning and analysis or Big 4 experience are preferred
·  Good command in English, both written and oral
·  Self-reliant and proactive
·  Ability to communicate confidentially and clearly with various audiences GROWING TOGETHER
