About you

It doesn't matter if you are studying Business Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or other related field; what matters is that you feel natural in multinational environment and you have fun working with your colleagues all over the Europe dealing with different administrative tasks. Your analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills are something you want to show us.
You also possess:
·  good English language skills
·  good German language skills (will be an asset)
·  very good knowledge of MS Office package
About the job
Accounts Payable Assistant supports its team in providing the business with business partner in focus by ensuring that every invoice is registered and processed according to IKEA processes and country specific requirements. Apart from that, Accounts Payable Assistant has a lot of possibility to grow in the role and have a lot of fun of using language skills on a daily basis.
This job offer is based on a civil contract; min. 30h/per week.

About the assignment
·  to have a positive attitude to gain new knowledge in Finance and Accounting area
·  to actively support team during their daily work (in checking for accuracy and completeness of accounting information in an electronic invoice control system and in checking for incorrect or incomplete data)
·  to support continuous improvement of processes and initiatives
IKEA Business Service Center is an organisation located in Poznan (Poland). Our assignment is to take care of transactional services for IKEA Group organizations in all European countries where IKEA has its business activities. Our aim is to work more efficiently with administrative tasks within Finance and HR throughout the IKEA Group, to help our units focus on the core IKEA business: meeting our customers.
