As a Restaurant Supervisor you will be working with the Restaurant Manager with the day to day operation of Bo & Birdy, you’ll support the drive and improvement of products and service standards.

You’ll be highly customer focused and will assist with the delivery of excellent quality food and beverage service to maximise revenue through up-selling and guest engagement.

You will support the Restaurant Manager in training new colleagues and continuing to develop the existing team in their service skills and knowledge, as well as enhancing the guest journey.

The ideal candidate will have a background in a similar position from a 4/5* hotel with a strong knowledge of all food and beverage.
