Principal Manchester are looking for a Reception Supervisor to join our front office family.

Built as the headquarters for the Refuge Assurance Company in 1895 and extended in 1912, The Principal Manchester has recently completed major renovations, which put The Principal Manchester centre-stage in our 'urban lifestyle' hotel brand, including a destination restaurant and bar ‘Refuge’.

As our Reception Supervisor, your role will be to ensure that you provide a courteous and friendly service to all guests while making sure all reception duties are carried out on each shift. This role is hands on and will require Training, Mentoring and monitoring team performance of your team.

As a reception supervisor you will be handling all guests needs, enquiries, and complaints in a necessary time frame with a courteous efficient and friendly service, ensure when on shift, shifts are supervised, and all reception duties and tasks are carried out.

We are looking for a Reception Supervisor with lots of passion, energy and warmth.

Our ideal Reception Supervisor will come from a front office background in a luxurious/ lifestyle environment, you will have excellent communication skills and a positive and friendly personality , Knowledge of Opera preferable but not essential.
