Your day to day
How will your day look like?You start your day making sure the meeting spaces are in top condition for the presentation of the annual figures of one of Hollands largest companies. You are just about done when your phone rings; the contact person of the meeting has arrived. She has a few last-minute changes which you will quickly fix #makeithappen. The day has a flying start! The guests are arriving and you make sure they feel welcome and know where to go. Once the meetings have started you start preparing for an amazing lunch and also have a bite yourself before it is time to spoil your guests during their break. What an amazing day! You have met the CEO’s and CFO’s of some amazing companies #makebusinesswork and are ready for the exciting meetings of tomorrow.What can you expect as a Meeting Facilitator?• Preparing the meeting rooms/ breaks• Welcoming guests and anticipating to their needs• Ordering stock for your department• Billing the used items to your guests• Instruct and guide other F&B staff helping out in banqueting• Helping out the other F&B outlets when needed and possible
