Your day to day

As our Hotel Manager you will be working hand in hand with our Area General Manager, supporting and driving the Business Plan, People Plan & working to enhance the guest journey. This role is key to the success of our Hotel and in an integral part of the Executive team.

Essentials for the role:

·  Food & Beverage experience background is very essential for this role.
·  A true leader.
·  A career to date focused on five-star lifestyle hotels.
·  Experience in Rooms, Restaurants & Bars.
·  The ability to drive and implement the management strategy in conjunction with the Area General Manager.
·  A talent in surprising & delighting not only our guests but the team as well.
·  Commercially astute and financially savvy.
·  Lead and develop our HOD’s to manage the on-going profitability of each department, ensuring revenue and guest fulfilment targets are set, met and exceeded.
·  At least 2 years’ experience in the role of Hotel Manager.
