Your day to day

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Full Time Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our talented team. You'll support our Assistant Food & Beverage Manager & Banquet Operations Manager in leading the Food & Beverage operation to be engaged in service delivery & greeting guests. Will also be required to cover restaurant shifts. Must be able to work Sundays.  

·  Set up, serve & clean all banquet functions 
·  Work the floor & be the point of contact for guests 
·  Supervise cash handling and banking procedures 
·  Conflict resolution with clients on shift & follow up any customer complaints 
·  Monitor guest behaviour and guest alcohol consumption 
What we need from you

·  Certificate or equivalent in hospitality management 
·  At least 1 years supervisory experience 
·  Quality focused 
·  Can create positive environment 
·  Attitude of leading from the front
