Your day to day
We are currently recruiting for a full time Bell Captain to join our enthusiastic team at Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina. As a Bell Captain you are responsible to provide professional and customer focused service to our guests, ensuring their every visit will become a memorable one and your role will include key responsibilities such as: • Receive Guests in a professional and friendly manner, exceeding Guest expectation from arrival through to departure • Maintain effective communication with all related Departments to ensure smooth service delivery • Maintain an up to date knowledge of the Hotel and local services • Maintain awareness of Guest profile through Opera Guest profile system • Ensure that the Guest luggage is carried from arrival point to room and from room to departure point on check out • Handle all messages, mail and packages for Guests and Colleagues, ensuring they are delivered at the appropriate time in a professional manner • Delegate bell men to pick up the baggage’s from guest rooms. • Errand cards are filled in for all baggage movements (Check-in, Check-out, Left luggage etc.) • Attend all guest calls for Bell stand / Door Services related services. • Preferably applicant with a valid UAE Driving License
What we need from you
Ideally, you'll have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the similar role in a four or five-star hotel or comparable industry, ability to demonstrate working with and engaging teams from different cultures, strong verbal and written communication skills along with being quality oriented with focus on details, high performance standards, able to multi-task & meet deadlines and technical proficiency in related software preferable.
