Your day to day
People• Manage daily sales activities, plan and assign work ensuring you always have the right staffing numbers • Develop your team and improve their performance through coaching and feedback, and create performance and development goals for colleagues - recognise good performance• Train colleagues to make sure they hit hotel revenue goals to the standards we expect and have the tools they need to work effectively• Develop and maintain great working relationships with key clients and outside contacts to increase revenue Responsible Business• Deliver creative service as requested by all departments, including sales, marketing, owner services and contracts, while staying aligned with the most updated brand guidelines and legal requirements• Plan and execute print/web/online collateral and marketing strategies.Drive SEO and SEM for hotel website• Able to Review Google Analytical and performance of all IHG approved ChannelsCreate strategies for all IHG approved Online channels and able to drive the performance.• Review Content Management For hotel website and Microsite• Able to manage hotel website content and keep updating the website regularly with new promotions.• Communicate/negotiate with vendors. Guest Experience• Provide guests with information (example: loyalty programmes, area attractions, restaurants, facility information) to enhance guest experience• Schedule conventions and/or business group activities at the hotel and coordinate with other hotel-level departments to facilitate services agreed upon by the sales office and prospective clients• Communicate to appropriate departments all pertinent information requirements and special needs for arriving VIP’s, large groups, and other key guestsLead marketing efforts to up sell guests on hotel services, offerings, and amenities Responsible Business• Create and execute a strategic and comprehensive Plan to drive hotel online channels.• creative/visuals.• Communicate with other managers/divisions to create and execute effective engagement on online platform.Review weekly and monthly the performance of ongoing campaigns (Paid/ unpaid)
What we need from you
• Digital Marketing Skills• Collaboration and exceptional communication• Literate and tech-savvy - you’ll need a good grasp of reading, writing, and using computers program relating to marketing work.• Data analysis and technological know-howCritical thinker who can see the big picture, still spot the minute details.• Flexibility as per business required.• Creativity/Innovation• Leadership—taking risks, driving change, & building trust.• Experience - ideally, you’ll have spent at least 1 years in digital marketing.• Must speak local language • Other languages preferred
