Workday@IBM is IBM's HR transformation program aimed at simplifying and globalizing HR processes, global policies, and implementing Workday HR Cloud/ SaaS solutions. This is a multi-year initiative involving the sunsetting of legacy processes and systems globally. As part of COE, we are looking to expand and improve our Workday functions in Southbury and that is where you come in.
What are your job duties?
· You will work independently with key partners in a multidisciplinary team to define requirements and develop solutions for multiple HR functions
· Collaborate with the functional team and third party vendors for discovery and design sessions, as needed.
· Design and build integrations of all types: EIB, Core Connectors, PICOF/PECI, Studio.
· Experience in crafting and developing complex reports using BIRT.
· Sound understanding of one or more functional module in Workday.
· Certifications in Integration Core, CCTPP and Studio - desirable
· Document Technical Design/ Specifications.
· End to end testing of integrations.
· You will independently engage with third party vendors, as needed.

· Participate and/or lead specific integrations.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
· A minimum of 3 years' experience in workday integrations skills which includes CCW, PECI, PICOF.
· Exposure to PECI/PICOF, CCW, Studio.
· Proven interpersonal skills in a customer facing environment.
