Position: Salesforce Administrator

Job Description:
Watson Health Imaging (“WHI”) is introducing solutions that bring the power of cognitive computing to healthcare to expand the physician's view so they have greater confidence in their diagnostic and treatment decisions for their patients. As a highly regulated manufacturer of medical devices, WHI internally develops and manages many proprietary applications within its own Quality Management System (“QMS”).
The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for maintaining the WHI Salesforce instance and integration with other platform applications (e.g., Salesforce CPQ and Marketo). The Salesforce Administrator will participate in the design of custom objects, workflows and the overall architecture of the Salesforce instance. Additionally, the Salesforce Administrator will assist with change requests and support requests. The Salesforce Administrator will keep current on Salesforce best practices and new features that may be implemented as part of any related project.
The Salesforce Administrator will be a key focal point for Sales Operations, Sales Leadership, Finance Leadership, Client Support Leadership and other functional groups.
Essential Responsibilities:
· Partner with other WHI Salesforce Administrator(s) and the WHI software development team to ensure timely delivery of work to business stakeholders.
· Design, develop, test and implement solutions in Salesforce, including the design and implementation of enhancements, creation of custom objects and improvement of existing Salesforce instance architecture and workflows.
· Implement and support integrations between WHI Salesforce and native platform applications (e.g., Salesforce CPQ and Marketo).
· Implement and support integrations between WHI Salesforce and other enterprise applications (e.g., other IBM Salesforce orgs and the WHI ERP).
· Maintain system & data security, integrity and confidentiality, including the handling of Personal Health Information (PHI). Work in an FDA regulated, HIPAA regulated and ISO certified environment, with an awareness of working in a quality management process driven environment.
· Work on multiple projects simultaneously with adherence to deliverable deadlines. Prioritize and manage the same.
· Collaborate with members of the WHI information technology team, including subject matter experts, project managers and other software developers.
· Collaborate with end users to understand their business needs and the downstream needs of IBM clients. Must also be able to communicate with business leadership in a clear and concise manner.
· Adhere to a self-improvement program in Salesforce administration by performing continuous research of new Salesforce feature functionalities.
