Testsite Coordinator/Software Developer

Job description

Testsite Coordinator/Software Developer, IBM Corporation, Hopewell Junction, NY: Assemble testsites and multi-project wafers (MPWs). Combine hundreds to thousands of testsite macros into one floor plan. Run Design Rule Checking (DRC) and Fill on the assembled layout. Ensure quality of individual macro delivery meets assembly standards and guide designers to fix the macro to meet standards. Develop, upgrade and maintain software for automation of assembly and quality checks. Initialize DMACS for new test sites or multi-project wafers, import macro coordinates, support inline test code build, and prepare the test sites for electrical tests. Develop and maintain automatic method to extract the on-chip location of each test macro and record the information back in Design, Management, and Characterization System (DMACS). Develop and Maintain the DMACS software suite. Develop and maintain software for automatic verification of compact device models with Integrated Circuit Emphasis (SPICE) based compact device models. Utilize Cadence Virtuoso; Synopsys ICV DRC Workbench, and Fill deck; Python; Web Deployment; SQL Server Management Studio; Visual Studio, and SOAP UI Pro. Required: Master's degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related and one (1) year of experience as an Associate Software Engineer or related. One (1) year of experience must include utilizing Cadence Virtuoso; Synopsys ICV DRC Workbench, and Fill deck; Python; Web Deployment; SQL Server Management Studio; Visual Studio, and SOAP UI Pro.
