This program is designed for graduates who will work for Global Technology Services, Software Group, Systems and Technology group or other Business Units.
Selection process starts in October-November, program starts in November-December. Duration of program is 1-2 years.

Job description
This is a full-time assignment for fresh graduates with duration of 1 year allocated to one particular area in IT, Marketing, Sales, Consulting, Finance etc. where you get the opportunity to start your career with training, shadowing assignments and mentoring. This is to accelerate and support your career to develop into a future professional. We offer challenges on a daily basis and genuine responsibility from day one.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Interacting directly with IBM customers and client team members onsite and - elsewhere
- Developing proficiency in one or more areas to become a subject matter expert to deliver superior business results to our clients
- Undergoing continuous training and development incorporating common soft skills education and specialized classes

Required:
- University Diploma (graduated not later than last year)
- Fluency in English and Russian languages.
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Relevant work experience will be an advantage.
