Systems and cloud architect

Job description

If you are a strong and experienced architect in the field of cloud and infrastructure platforms, this job is for you.
You have the opportunity to become a systems and cloud architect as part of our lead architects' team.
You will lead the architectural pre-sale efforts, designing solutions for enterprise clients as a stand-alone solution or as part of a complex solutions containing networking, security and various technologies, products and services. As part of your role, you will be responsible for adopting new technologies, perform the pre-sale efforts, demo-ing the solution and conducting POCs in front of enterprise clients.

Main technologies and areas of engagement:
·  Public cloud platforms with emphasis on IaaS
·  Private cloud technologies and platforms – based on Containers, Kubernets, etc.
·  Operating systems – Windows, RedHat Linux
·  Virtualization – VMware, Hyper-V etc.
·  Storage – NetApp, IBM etc.
·  Backup and DR solutions – veeam, IBM, Zerto etc.
·  Servers – Cisco UCS, Lenovo
·  Interaction with architects in the field of Resiliency, Video, Security and Networking.
Required:
·  Architectural mindset – the ability to view the solution in multiple levels and from multiple viewpoints.
·  Experience with building enterprise grade solutions in the field of infrastructure systems, cloud (public/private/hybrid), virtualization etc. – minimum of 5 years.
·  Self-learning capability
·  Hands-on experience building POCs
Preferred:
·  Security clearance – level 2 or 3
·  Vast pre-sale experience with enterprise clients (Finance, MOD etc.)
·  B.Sc. / B.A or equivalent
