Student Internship in Tax Department

Job description

As Tax Intern for Poland you will work with Tax Manager you will oversee all tax aspects of IBM's operations in the country, in particular, you will be responsible for preparation of the input to tax reports, assisting in review of tax documents and support IBM business activities.
You will liaise closely with finance and accounting staff located locally and in IBM Centers of Excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Support Country Tax Manager in the tax matters, in particular:
·  In tax authorities' summons and other communication with the tax authorities
·  Preparation of the tax forms required by the tax law under the Manager's supervision
·  Collecting the documents supporting tax deductibility of the costs
·  Assisting in obtaining certificates of tax residency
·  Conducting researches on the tax matters
·  Archiving the documents Requirements:
·  Preferred Bachelor's degree or student of at least 3 rd year in the field of Economics (Tax or Accounting is an advantage)
·  Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to interact and communicate in an effective manner
·  Commitment to deadlines and flexibility to prioritize work
·  Advanced organizing, analytical skills and learning agility
·  Team player mentality
