Como SSA Svcs Professional o profissional trabalhara com a validação e administração de contratos de PBS (IS,GBS & SWS) além da parte de liberação do faturamento junto ao time de contract management e de collections com o time de AR, garantindo a resolução de disputas e a reconcialiação adequada do faturamento e contrato.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Is required adaptability, agile methodology knowlege and will to learn PBS (IS, GBS, SWS) Brand for supporting contract registration, contract management, billing and disputes resolution. Clear instructions on system invoices vs contract invoices interface with AR team, Storage all contract information, Report SOX and other business controls. Calls and meetings with CRRs, Client Executives, Deal makers and AR. Perform invoice/ contract reconciliation
