We are currently looking for the role of Specialty Sales / Service Line Representative focusing on Container based services / Container as a Service (CaaS) within BeNeLux
Serves as the clients focal point for Global Technology Services and CaaS, ultimate responsibility to focus on closing opportunities
Creates and executes the sales plan build for Container related services for the clients based on GTS strategy.
Collaborates with Business Development team to help progress and further qualify opportunities to closure.
Develops and maintains strong client relationships with clients to demonstrate IBM expertise in IT and Container related services based on a history of performance and credibility, earning a reputation as one of the client as trusted business adviser
Demonstrates a high level of business acumen and applies a thorough understanding of the clients business, organization, strategy, financial position, and business issues relating to DevOps and CaaS environments
Maintains a thorough understanding of the clients needs and trends client competitors in relation to Container based services
Understands and applies IBM strategies and offerings for all GTS Service Lines and IBM industry solutions to address the clients business needs
Understands and navigates IBM to coordinate a team of critical resources needed to address client needs and close opportunities that focus on DevOps and CaaS related services
There are different elements to the function, some related to pre-sales and offering management activities, and some related to design and build solutions. The scope is both private and public cloud, and in all the different approaches (IaaS, CaaS, PaaS, FaaS, SaaS).
The Specialty Seller is responsible for offering and developing standard design and architectures; the definition of the structures of an IT solution to a business problem. They must be proficient at the techniques that go into the formulation of architectures, including requirements discovery and analysis, application of abstraction, formulation of solution context, solution alternatives identification and assessment, technology selection, and architectural configuration. This requires practical skills and experience with many application and infrastructure products, technologies, and services.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Solid background in systems administration, servers, middleware, storage and network knowledge. Experience working with application and architecture teams, understanding non-functional requeriments, and designing solutions.
Experience working in cloud (Softlayer/IBM Cloud, Amazon, Azure, Google Cloud, Openstack)
Experience working with docker containers and microservices architectures. Container orchestration (kubernetes, swarm, public cloud containers services)
Infrastructure as code and Software Defined Environments
Knowledge in microservices applications based on Spring Cloud, AngularJS, ELK, DevOps tools, Proxies, Kafka, Blockchain, web servers
