EZSource, an IBM company is looking for passionate, QA Automation engineers to work on challenging software development. We're most interested in people who have background in Computer Science, can demonstrate they're passionate about their work, like to share the success and want to keep learning.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain automation frameworks.
• Create/execute/maintain automation scripts.
• Prepare relevant test data to be used during automated tests.
• Keep up-to-date on new technologies, methods and tools related to the test processes.
• Adopt and apply the proper test strategies and methodologies.
• Be part and contribute to each key phase during the product life-cycle.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Exposure to testing techniques, strategies, methods and commitment to the Quality Assurance field
• Very good spoken and written English skills
• Experience in setting up automation frameworks
• Java programming knowledge
• Shell scripting experience (Windows/Linux)
• Basic knowledge of SQL commands
• Logical and analytic approach to problem solving
• Excellent problem solving and diagnostic skills
• Proactive and a good team player
• 3 years+ experience in the QA Automation Field

• Experience with Rational Functional Tester, Eclipse RCPTT, QFS Automation tools
• Experience with desktop Windows-based applications.
• Agile/Scrum methodologies
