As a Software Developer with the FlashSystems team, you will work in a squad of 6-8 engineers to:
- Delve into complex, challenging problems that you'll solve using your experience developing in Java, C or Python
- Design, develop, test and maintain high quality software that you feel a strong sense of ownership for
- Learn from our team of 100+ developers in Hursley, plus hundreds more worldwide, to become an expert in our product
- Build your technical and communication skills so that you can mentor, teach and lead others, advise our customers, and report to our senior stakeholders
- Bring your whole self to the job, knowing you're in an environment where you can do your best work

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Professional software development experience
Alternatively, hands-on experience with storage systems and SAN networking in a non-development environment
A solid grasp of and passion for good software engineering practices, either from your professional experience or education
Evidence of working effectively in highly-collaborative, technical environments
