Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Minimum qualifications:
1) BS degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience.
2) Software development experience in one or more general purpose programming languages.
3) Experience working with two or more from the following: web application development, Unix/Linux environments, mobile application development, distributed and parallel systems, machine learning, information retrieval, natural language processing, networking, developing large software systems, and/or security software development.
4) Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English.
5) Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to: Java, C/C++, Python or HTML, JavaScript, jQuery.
6) Know IBM products, like IBM MQ, WebSphere, DB2 etc.
7) Know JMS, Eclipse Framework development.

Preferred Qualifications
1) Master's, PhD degree, further education or experience in engineering, computer science or other technical related field.
2) Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to: Java, C/C++, C#, Objective C, Python, JavaScript, or Go.
3) Solid foundation in common design patterns, algorithms and data structure.
4) Experience on open source tools and framework are a plus
5) Interest and ability to learn other coding languages as needed.
