Act as a Lead Architect for the ServiceNow ITSM suite offerings within a larger IBM Services Management Practice. The Architect plays a key role in both pre-sales and delivery, helping to define offerings, design solutions and implement them on the ServiceNow platform.

The ITSM Architect will:
·  Play a key role in the sales cycle by delivering demos, preparing presentations to clients, designing solution architecture, and acting as a subject matter expert for bid teams across industries.
·  Manage the delivery of ServiceNow projects, coordinating with on and offshore teams and providing technical expertise as required
·  Support the development and extension of offerings around the ServiceNow platform, especially involving the IT Business Management and IT Operations Management modules
·  Consult on, design, and lead development of integrations between ServiceNow and other best-of-breed enterprise tools
·  Lead and participate in development teams following common methodologies including Agile
·  Have exceptional communication and presentation skills covering both technical and business concepts:
·  Mentoring and training delivery to colleagues of ServiceNow capabilities, solutions and offerings
·  Demo of ServiceNow offerings and articulate the client value proposition
·  Act as the ServiceNow subject matter expert at IBM sponsored events
·  Understand ITIL and architecture frameworks. ITIL certification desirable Successful candidates for these positions will work onsite at the IBM Client Innovation Center in Monroe. The IBM Client Innovation Center is an in-bound delivery model where we support our clients from our Monroe center. However, some travel is expected and all candidates must be willing and able to travel to meet our client needs across the US. Travel is typically related to knowledge transfer and training at the client site (Monday thru Friday). You are expected to travel up to 50% of the time. This is a traditional office position. You must live in, or be willing to relocate to, Louisiana. T This is not a work from home position. Sponsorship opportunities do not currently exist.
