Coverage/Support areas consist of TSS US and GCC locations (Sofia, Cairo, Costa Rica and Gurgaon), with over 1500 agents.
8x5 Americas hours of support, 24x7 rotating off shift coverage.
Live call flows for premium clients.
Ongoing telephony support for agents using remote access clients and VoIP connections at the GCC locations.
Call routing changes and issues, adding/changing VDN/DAC, agent skills, contract options/set up.
Handle all Toll Free routing for SSR support / Collaboration and Lenovo IVR.
